HERBEKA assists the customer in all the steps according to his needs and requirements.
LET’S TALK ABOUT
The client comes first; our task is to turn his request into a tangible product by listening and understanding the goals that he wishes to attain.
If the client has an idea, we analyse the feasibility with regards to technical aspects and ministerial procedures.
If the client instead has no particular requests, we formulate a procedure for producing a high-quality food, dietetic, nutraceutical or phytotherapeutic supplement, elaborating in collaboration with the client an innovative and tested formula suitable to his needs, in compliance with applicable laws.
After having decided the product to make in collaboration with the client, we notify the ministry.
The launching of a food supplement on the market is linked to the notification procedure addressed to the Ministry which evaluates compliance with applicable laws, in order to ensure the safety of the products and proper consumer information.
The notification is transmitted to the Ministry of Health, individually for each supplement.
The Ministry evaluates the notification and in case of positive response, it introduces the supplement in the Registry of Food supplements available on the official website of the Ministry.
We purchase the raw materials to conceive our customers' products only from accredited suppliers.
HERBEKA’s production department is specialised in the production and packaging of tablets, capsules, powders, syrups and solutions.
Custom-packaging can be conceived upon request of the customer.
The quality management, in line with the production dossier agreed with the client, establishes the criteria to release the finished product according to the procurement timeframes of raw materials and packaging materials supplied by the client or by the company in case the client requests the latter to also provide the packaging.
A conformity analysis will be executed on each production lot.
The following step will consist in delivering the finished product and introducing it in the national pharmaceutical database (Codifa and Farmaitalia).
